With lots of things going on it took a while to get back searching for the next item, but when I did get round to it there were some seasonal toy offers in the shops, so I wasn’t short of items to shortlist.
I had a look at a few Roblox and Fortnite items, as these were crazily popular at the time, but unless I was looking at a longer term investment there wasn’t any short-term margin in them. I opted for the Peppa Pig Medical Centre, half price at £20. I managed to sell it just below RRP at £37.99 and net another healthy profit of £7.08.
Over the last 2 trades my bank has now increased by over £18 to £35.32. Each additional pound opens up new opportunities as to what I can buy, and allows me to better absorb postage costs as a percentage of the overall total.
This trade was also a turning point for me personally as my son was born shortly after. The project was now going to have to provide a leg up for 2 kids when they turn 18! In between nappy changes it was back to the shops for another bargain..
