The last trade didn’t go to plan, but I was still struggling for time to research items to sell.
Whilst I knew I shouldn’t just dive in, the Titan Cool Box in Costco seemed like a great deal at £35.98. I figured that for now I was going to have to take a few quick speculative purchases to keep the project going, and then at some point I might have more time to focus on it again.
One good thing to come from my busy schedule, was that I wasn’t constantly checking ebay to see if my item had sold. Previously I would have reduced the £56.99 asking price after a few weeks, trying to drum up interest in my product. Though now I was happy for this to sit for longer and achieve the higher price.
This it did after being listed for just over a month. After fees, and £9 (parcelforce) postage, I came away with £4.41 profit. I’m not back up to the £70 from a couple of trades ago, but I’ve started to offset the loss of the last trade with this one..
